Rogue: talent Camouflage doesn't reduce stealth cd

Today 09.05.2015 Rogue talent Camouflage 5/5 became broken.
It should reduce stealth cooldown from 10 sec down to 5 sec. But now this talent doesn't reduce stealth cd.
Second part "stealth movement speed" works fine.

P.S. Cache has been deleted. Character reloged few times. Checked with other Rogues - same issue.
Yesturday 08.05.15 it was working fine.

Just tested and can confirm. I also know it worked before this morning's update.

i do have a similiar Problem with my Druid Talent(Feroctiy) today
it does not reduce my Claw/Rake Costs anymore , though it does reduce my Maul/Swipe as intended
