Washed Ashore quest bug

Hello!
I was doing second part of Washed Asore quest in Darkshore, where you need to loot Sea Turtle Remains from big turtle skeleton (31.8 46.3)
But when I tryed too loot this sceleton, I got empty loot window.

new problem with that turtle - it can't be looted because it's not interactive now/
