Even though I have 5/5 points in the talent "Ferocity", my "Claw" and "Rake" abilities still cost 45 and 40 energy, respectively, as opposed to the 40 and 35 it should be with the talent. The bear form abilities portion of the talent still works as intended. I suspect the problem to lie in the "Improved Shred" talent, which also reduces the energy cost of an ability, as it was working as intended before I put a point into this talent.
