Where do you set the quest text to appear instantly, instead of slowly?

Hello ninjacarldk,

Even though this isn't a case which needs a GM's intervantion I'll provide you the answer.

- Press ESC
- Select Interface Options
- Enable "Instant Quest Text" under 'Display'
