Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi, i got a problem with targets HP, i see only a 100%, but can't get a value of target's hp.
i have tried many addons (ct_mod, luna unitframes, etc), everyone is get 100% of any target except me or my party members.

i tried to reinstall wow, download from torrents\other servers (fenix, Valkyrie, etc), i try to clear a WTF, WDB, Interface folders, but nothing helps.
In other servers i see healthpoints of a targets with this wow client, on Nostalrius i see only a %.

Enemy Target HP values are unknown in vanilla. You can get addons that will estimate or use preset data to show their HP.
