account banned?

when im today trying to loggin into my account it said "account has been closed and is no longer available to use..." i wanna know reason for what im being banned because im not playing at this account for 1 or 2 month?

What's your account name you're trying to login with? This will help GMs look into why the account is banned.

The account has never been banned. Did you fall the password too many times?
