Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

This is something that only started a few days ago, and is getting to the point where im not sure if i can continue to play.

I have seen one or two other threads with people having similar issues, but no solution so far.

Every 10-15 seconds my game will completely lock up for 1-3 seconds (more often while in combat). I have had no issues with this game until this point. My ping holds steady at 90-100ms on the east coast of the US. I have tried clearing cache and deleting wtf files, tried with/without addons, have event tried this with different clients. Nothing seems to fix it.

Anyone know how to fix this? Its seriously making me not want to play =/

AMD 4100 Quad Core 3.6GHz
8 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB GDDR5

Indeed things like this seems to be a on going problem for more players

I have suggested trying to delete all client files and downloading the client following the link below
