Keep getting disconnection

I was stupid and changed realm and now i keep gettin disconnection when i try to log in. what can i do?

delete your WDB and WTF folder and try again.

Hey Hezko,

log in and hit the Enter key quickly as soon as you see Success then change the Realm to Nostalrius Begins.
