Account deleting request

Hi there! I'd to request the cancellation of my account: Iohoilpotere from the game server. Actually I was jerking around with hacks (after I saw the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itSWRzHMcXE I was too much curious) and the account obviously get banned (I bet permanently) at the 2nd hack I've tried (I'd suggest to improve the hack inject detection). I'd like to reroll the account but if possible I'd keep the same name.

EDIT (red): I forgot that you run on a standard client so your network developer can't do anything.

Hi, we do not delete banned accounts/characters nor do we rename them.

@Souldrinkah: I "undersand" your rage but is actually my work to stress test games against hacks, cheats and glitches. That was a kind of contribution to the server (actually I don't even want my characters back). If I could communicate with the network developer I've found some issues to point out.

@Krusher: thank you for your fast answer but it's actually incorect. Since you did not specify in your terms of use nothing about the processing of personal data I can guess you refer to Blizzard's EULA that allows the termination of the account and and all data related to it (after sending an unequivocal proof that you are the account owner). Even you don't refer to Blizzard's EULA the processing of personal data is regulated by local laws (both in EU and in the US to the cancellation request from the user the entity that owns the data is obliged to delete them). Since the e-mail address is considered personal data I'd request the termination of the account.

I would have contacted directly an Administrator but in the site is missing the contact section.

I am assuming they can delete your email address.
but the player names will be taken still.
so if you want I can contact a admin to have your email address removed from the databases, to see if they can help out.

and regarding testing, I am sure the admins are interested but only if you contact them before the hacks.
