Multiple Accounts Question

It is my understanding that this server allows you to be logged into two accounts at once, but only one can be farming at a time.
Does that mean I can have one logged in waiting for a PvP queue while I level the other?

Playing an alt while you are in queue for a BG on your main, as long as you park your alt when you join the BG is now forbidden and will be seen as multiboxing because of abuse.

Is it allowed to use a second account for just chatting with the other faction while you're qued for a BG on your main account?

No, people have received (temp) bans for cross-faction communication already.
