Rollback took my quest item from wyrmthalak

I just killed overlord wyrmthalak I got the quest item and now because of rollback it is gone..i spend 2hours and half for this please help me.Maxwell's Mission quest also was completed now it is not.I made a ticket in game also i am waiting inside the dungeon. Please help me i spend 2 hours and half now for nothing.
