Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi there,

Yesterday (05.11.2015) around 18.55 server crashed. It was like 3 mins after I bought my 54 lvl spells in org. When I logged in after the crash I had a little roll back (I was again in front of master class instead of in front of flying master).
But there was something else :
My spells were unlearned or not learned and my money was gone. I am pretty sure of it since before crash I bought them and I had only 3g and some left. And when I logged back I had 3g and some, so I could not afford again those 20 more gold of spells.

I made an ingame ticket to ask for a GM to help me on this, since its not my fault and this is only due to a server crash. I'm not sure of his name (might be Raazk). He told me that he couldn't do anything about that and before saying good bye (I was still writting to him) he logged off.... This wasn't very polite but anyway, it's ok.

I was wondering if someone (maybe an admin) could look at it and do something about it. I know this is not a major issue or bug, but it's hard to make money, spells are very expensive (more than 5g per spell on 54 lvl) and I'm now too poor to learn my spells.....

My character is named Olta (orc warrior).

Please any GM / admin read this post and answer me...

So ur bumping a post 3 times in 3 days about a great total of 20 gold with no proof that you actually lost the gold and are telling the truth, and close to 0% chance of recreating the problem to fix it?

The answer is simple, it can happen but is very unlikely that your characters gold was saved but not the spells just when the server crashed... And the lack of replies from players/gm-s is probably due to lack of care about a grand total of 20 gold...

You're right, I could obviously know a server crash will happen so I could take a screenshot before and one after to prove what I'm talking about....

The only way I see, is GM/admin looking at logs, I assume that every interaction from every character with every other character or NPC is written somewhere.
Maybe with the server crash they can't find the log where it is written that I bought my spells (since there was a roll back), but I'm pretty sure they can see that few minutes before crash I had a bit more than 20 gold and after the crash I had only 3, with no action of buying anything.

You probably are a rich i ngame, and good for you. I'm not, I had to wait 50 lvl to get my mount and had to borrow 50g to my brother. So, yeah 20g means a lot to me.

And as you said, this is only 20g, why would I write a post here for only 20g if I was just trying to scam. Even if I can't get back my money, I thought it was relevant to point it, since this is a server issue, and there is probably a way to find the truth in server logs easily (in order to help next problems like this).
