Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I experienced the authentication crash yesterday along with everyone else and went to bed shortly after it happened out of frustration. I then attempted to log in this morning - it goes through all the steps, connecting/authenticating/handshaking etc, and then gives me "unable to connect". I have one character who's level 8. I wasn't hacking or any of that crap so I don't know if I'm banned but can someone please look into this? It's a great server and I'd just like to play. Thanks

Okay, I checked it. - Your account isn't banned. Therefore the issue must be somewhere else.

Have you tried deleting your WTB and WTS folders in your Warcraft installation folder?

Thank you so much for the quick response, I didn't try any of those things yet, I wanted to make sure the account was even still alive before I did anything else. I will give those a shot and get back to you momentarily. Thanks!

Hey Velsdra, I deleted both my WTS and WDB folders in my installation folder and reopened the game and it still isn't working. same error "Unable to Connect"

Ok tried a few other things and attempted to log on and now my account is definitely banned lol. It now says "This world of warcraft account has now been closed and is no longer available for use. Please go to >genericeuwowwebsite/banned< for more information. Help please!

yeah it gets a mini ban if you enter incorrect data too many times.

That stinks, I can't log on and I can't trouble shoot it because I get a mini-ban if I try to log on too many times lol. Any idea what the problem could be?
