I have lost my 'Mark of Tyranny' trinket-quest-reward and was hoping there was a way to restore it. I am not sure when but I may have sold it to the vendor on accident

Unfortunately we cannot recover that item for you.

As stated in our ToU:

Item refunds

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who was supposed to receive the item.
