hi my account was banned a few min ago. after i tryed to log in to the game many times over. as the game dident connect... can anyone help me reopen my account?

i get this messege when i try to log on the rinorn account:
This world of warcraft account has been closed and is no longer avaiable for use. please go to http://worldofwarcraft.com/misc/banned.html

i figured it out. i was starting the game by a shortcut. if i start the game by the wow.ex everything is working fine.... sorry for your trouble and tnx for fast replys

Hello everybody, i'm disespered, i was playing last night with my friend Darkprayer (my name is Zerok), and we've been banned for nothing. We were playing on the same Wi-Fi but i didn't know you can be ban for this. Today i can't reconnect, it says that i have been banned and my account is "closed". I demand you some help because i don't understand why I can't reconnect me.

When i re-create an account and I try to connect, It sends me a message to say that I'm banned, so I'm banned on all accounts and I can't play to Nostalrius.
If you have some idea or explications, please tell me, I don't want to stop playing !

you need to create a new acc name

The problem is that i'm instantly banned when I create a new account. So, I can't play because any account I will create will be banned. Can someone explain me why i've been banned ? My friend was banned too and now he's no banned. Please explain me.
