Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello,

I've checked the three city trainers for the Horde and I can't get them to train me to become an Artisan Alchemist. I am level 39 which is above 35 limit, at least I think you have to be 35 or above, and I am stuck now on 225 Alchemy skill. What if anything am I doing wrong?
