Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I don't know what to do and I'm sad.

I followed all the steps on here on trying to get it to work. I went through all the WTF files ect... and using note pad to get it going with the info posted on here by the dev's.

got the unable to connect.

I reinstalled, got a unable to connect again. I tried a few more times and now my account is banned. What do I do? Plz help

You followed all the instructions in the sticky thread? "Unable to connect" is an issue between the client's computer (Your PC and the login you're using) and the server (Nostalrius' server where your login is stored); I doubt uninstalling and reinstalling WoW on your computer will help it any.

Is both your account name and password shorter than 16 characters in length? Long account names or passwords will have trouble logging in. Can you type your account name and password out in a notepad file on your computer to ensure every letter and number on your keyboard is working correctly? The temporary ban for logging in too many times unsuccessfully is about 30 minutes, give or take. Wait for it to expire and try again.

UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.

Now I am trying to reset my password to see if it helps...ugh.... any suggestions? or should I create a new account? I've tried everything on the sticky threads still.... :/ I wonder if it's primarily hitting us here in the US more

re deleated the wtf file.... now as soon as I type in my pw it automatically says I'm dc'ed from server

had this problem yesterday.. still isnt fixed ><. says my account is banned and unable to connect .

How far into the login process do you get before it disconnects you from the server? Check out the first error in the sticky thread: "Disconnected from server."

If you at least get up to "Success!" or "Connected," that's a good sign. It means the server at least validated your account name and password (You finally got the password right); now it's just a matter of making sure you're setup to connect to the right realm. Follow the solution in the sticky that explains how to press "Enter" or "Escape" when you see the "Success!Connected" messages to reselect your realm name.
