I just played last night and try to jump on after work and my account is closed. I tried to add it again and my name is still in use so its not deleted. Tried a few times still no luck. My sons account still works on the same computer so its not my set up. How do I get my account to not be closed?

Ok, would playing from the same wifi cause a ban?? I didnt get to high up yet so i can make a easy to level class to catch back up with my kid. But i just wanna make sure we dont get banned if your playing on the same network. Thanks for any info on this since the forum is filled on the ban topic i dont assume the account would get unbanned. Just would like to avoid getting banned in the future especially when we get higher levels.
