Hey I just joined the server and my account has been closed?

I was just leveling up my rogue, went afk, and tried to log back in and saw that message.

My account name is Arktor

Bump. Been wanting to play all day.

Bump again. I have another account that is showing the same message?....
My sister 's account shows the message as well.
Paracosm and Spaza are the other two account names as well. I got kicked and it showed that our accounts were closed one by one.

We have been wanting to play Vanilla and this server seems the most populated >.<

All of these have been banned for trying to hack and/or running an maliciously modified client. Whatever you are doing on the client that ran these accounts, you must cease or it will continue to get accounts banned. If you don't know what you're doing that's causing this, then you should do a clean install of the game client and see if that can run an account without being banned.

I just redownloaded the client on our computers.
I had torrented it originally so maybe it was a hacked version?

It still shows that our accounts are closed. Could you unban them?

Accounts caught hacking are grounds for a permanent ban as defined in the Terms of Use. You must always be careful of whatever files you download from the internet to use for game play. If you did not download the client from the Nostalrius website then yes, there's a chance your torrented file did contain hacks and/or modified client files.

You'll have to register new accounts to play with going forward.

How can I make a new account?

My little sister already tried changing our IP via run - cmd - Ipconfig /release - Ipconfig /renew

It doesn't change so, how could we make a new one?
