Account closed/banned

I just died questing in stv and then was disconnected telling me my account was closed or banned. I'm not sure what happened to cause this. Account name is Kreyalis. Any help would be appreciated

So what do i need to do to get it unbanned? I have avideo of me flying while dead from stormwind(hearthstone spot) to stv. I had no control of my character during this time. I just got moved when i hit release spirit.

Yeah hopefully they unban me for this this since I had no control. I'm not going to bother playing if a game bug can get me banned.
