Account Banned?

Hello, I am having issues logging in and I am getting a message saying my account was closed? I changed my password twice today so I am thinking that might have something to do with it. At first I was getting a message saying "unable to connect", several times, right after I changed my password the second time, then it said account closed. Account name is Faethia. Thank you!

*edit ; I also was using a VPN until I moved recently, so my IP changed, IDK if that helps

Someone else on my network was just banned also - and it was after changing her password- we have no idea what going on - please help!

Now I am getting a message saying I am unable to connect.

EDIT - its hopping back and forth between unable to connect and account closed message

I'm having the same issues as Faethia. We're currently playing on the server from the same IP address (having a LAN(d) party this weekend). The only weird thing I did was try to change my account password in game for security reasons since Fae's original account had been hacked last night.

We are now getting intermittent bans. One or two of us (Except for Faethia) can log in and then the rest of us can't for a while. Then if someone logs or tries to type in general they are banned again.

None of these 4 accounts have ever been banned. I think you're suffering from trying to have too many logged into the same IP at once.
