Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi! I've been trying to create an account to WoW but I keep getting the message "registration limit reached". Since one account is already registered from this computer, i figured you might have saved my IP and therefore i tried to create it on my cell (after turning off the wifi) but that didn't work either. So... what's up?

There's a limit of three accounts created per IP. Have you tried Googling how to change/reset your IP or creating an account from another computer (Friend's, school, work, etc.)?
