Hello. I just downloaded the game but there is no game sound. I have tried to restart my computer and headset twice but stil aint no sound.

can someone help me????

I found this thread by google and I'm having the same issue on Nostalrius. I'm on Windows 10 build 10122 and I believe the issue may be attached to that.

My sound.log shows nothing out of the ordinary, my game isn't muted in-game either:

I found this thread by google and I'm having the same issue on Nostalrius. I'm on Windows 10 build 10122 and I believe the issue may be attached to that.

I'm having the exact same issue, I had sound before I upgraded to Windows 10 build 10122. Has anyone figured out how to fix this ?

It's good to hear that the bug is related to Build 10122, hopefully a solution is found soon.

I have updated to W10 TP Build 10130 and... no sound for the client :'(

Are there any other people successfully running the Nostalrius WoW client on a build of Windows 10 with sound? Could it just be a Windows 10 thing itself since vanilla was never designed to run on Windows 7 and up?
