Are you talking about your game account? If so, there's no site or interface to edit game account information. Once registered, the e-mail address you used is permanent and the password can only be changed using an in-game chat command. If in doubt, you can always try sending a private message to one of the administrators to have your e-mail changed or password reset.
UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.
