Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Greetings,

I noticed the level requirement for whispering has been increased - and it also appears to be dynamic.
As I use my low level alt for trade chat trading, I sometimes receive whispers from high level players. Being able to reply to those whispers would be nice.

What level must I be to be able to whisper level 60 players?
EDIT: Level 8 is required

Hey Snekom,

I think it's level 7.

I was able to whisper a friends lvl 36 character at level 7, but not his lvl 45 character. At level 8 I'm now able to whisper level 60s.
