If you keep entering the wrong password, this issue can come up. It'll be locked for 30 mins or so. I guess just wait for a GM response. or PM a GM.

As I am newly registered in the forums and I am not able to send private messages I've decided to post in this topic my issue. I used to play on Nostalrius Begins since the last launch - 28th February. To be exact I've started playing on 5th March. It was more like casual play, but I've liked the server. I had no time to play the game for a while and quit playing for more than a month. In other words my last login was about 15th of April. Couple of days ago I've tried to log in on my account named "testproba" and I figured out there is something going wrong. I was not able to log in and the error message said that my account is banned. I'll please you to check the reason of this result and give me some information about my account. I've never played anywher but in Bulgaria if this would help. I can declare. that i do not use cheats too. If i have to prove that i am the owner of the account I can say that there were two characters of the horde side :
22 level Undead Mage called Gunsmoke
5-8 level range Tauren Druid called Grobar
I have another account now, but in spite this I want to play with my mage character again. Please, help me!
