Dear nostalrius,

I've been playing on my account for a few months now and out of no where i can no longer log in and I received a message saying the account has been closed...

I see no reason why this would have happened.

Okay, I believe I'm receiving this message from typing in my password wrong. I'll try in an hour and see if it is still "closed".

So i've waited for over a hour to try to log into my account again and it still shows the same message that the account is closed. any ideas?

is there a possibility to reset the password back to the original password i used when i created the account or any other way to reset my password? i know i recently changed my password in-game and either messed up typing it in or just forgot what i changed it to, because everything im trying isnt working.

I am currently still unable to access the account and I still receive the message saying the account has been closed. please help.

Right now, the only way to reset a password when you can't log into the game is to request a password reset from one of the administrators. Send them a private message with your account name.

UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.
