Answered in the recruitment thread replies (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4450&start=30#p65805). Viper did not say whether to send the application to himself, Daemon, or Raazi though. I would suggest sending your application in a PM to Viper though as Raazi may be overloaded with messages about GM/ISVV applications.
