I've been trying to get this glowing soul gem for over 4 hours. It's supposed to have a 4% drop rate but i've killed well over 300 of these mobs and still no drop. Is the item just not in the game or is the drop rate severely bugged?
EDIT: It just dropped, took a level and a half of grinding the mobs in that small area. Maybe revisit the drop rate?
