Question about ban

Hello this is my second time getting banned for no reason whatsoever, im sitting here playing and watching series and all of a sudden im being disconected from server and when i trie to lkog back on it says that im banned, no whisper no warning just a big dc. so my first question is, can you pls unban me? second question: how did i get banned?, and last question if its somekind of program i have running in the backround witout me knowing it i want to know what program it is.

why dont you get a warning, or atleast a whisper to check if im botting or not?
/s or /y dsnt work for me cuss i usualy only checks /w cuss of all the ppl that spams
