Hey.

I haven't played in +1 month and forgot my account password. I remembe the email i registered it on but there is no way to reset password.

Can you help me.

There's no password reset option presently. You'll have to send a private message to one of the administrators with your account name and information requesting a password reset.

UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.

I do not remember my password but I can't DM admins either. It says I need to participate more to be able to use this feature.

You only need one active post on the forums to enable private messaging. Try again now that you've posted.

Ok. Yesterday i sended PM to 2 admins, both have read my message but didn't reply anyhthing back?

edit: now i got reply. ''This account has been played last month. I can't reset your password.''
This doesn't even make sense when i can see my character last logged on 4.4.2015 in armory O_o
