My account name is holylapis I was farming mobs in WPL, then went afk, got back and saw my acc banned. I didn't break any rules and do anything wrong. Can you help me please?

Hello I was going to log in this morning and it Said My username didn't exist no more.
I tried on the client instead and it Said I was banned.
I have no idea why and I've not recieved Any contact about this.
With whom can I speak and try to sort this out.
I spend alot of hours in this amazing server and would Hate it to end like this.
