Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Here is the problem, I can see the environment perfectly fine, but when ti comes to NPCS and real Players they only appear when they are close to me, sometimes 20 yards away sometimes even closer at like 10 yards away.

Sometimes I can see players attack 'nothing' then I get about 5 yards away then the NPC appears.

I love this server but can't carry on playing like this, please help me.

Please check the Optimization thread for possible fixes, as this is very abnormal behaviour and should not happen. Mobs and other players should always be visible at least 20 yards away but usually farther than that. Here is the thread that might be of assistance: viewtopic.php?f=32&t=1100
