Pass reset question

Hey, i have contacted administrators for a password reset but now i don't know if it is done. Are there some steps that i missed? Or shall i wait for a replay in privet-pm?

it kind of depends on when you sent your question to the admin.
if it was today or yesterday, please be patient!
they should get back to you when they have the chance
