Boss despawned at server crash

Hey.

Any solution for that?
Wroing, Galinford, Eliqa and Oktonoko as well as me (Moneila) did a Deadmines run.
we killed van cleef, looted and then server crashed.
Then when we came back in, loot was gone.
(Cape of Defiasbrotherhood for Wroing), An Unsent Letter and Head of Van Cleef for everyone.

VC did not respawn, nor the corpse was there.
Anyone got idea how we can get things done now?

The only solution I see is to do another run at Deadmines.

Any chance to avoid that?
Happend to my Rogue sagni and now to my druid.
Pretty annoying thing to be honest.
I see now, that you can't/won't/aren't allowed to help, but since this is not the first time, is there any ".save" or something for players? Cause that sucks tbh...

If you are conserned that there is a bug, go to the BugTracker system and report it.
