Send a private message to one of the administrators with your account name and information requesting a password reset.

UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.

I seriously hope they stop wasting their time for idiotic mistakes like forgetting your password. Like if you delete your char by mistake you don't get it back, this is practically the same thing.

It happened something like that to me too, but a bit different. I went to change my password ingame, I did that, got confirmed, then I got dc (my game crashed or server rollback). Tried to log in with new pass, didn't work. Tried to log in with old pass, didn't work. I'm almost sure I put the password correctly, because I use this pass at many other games and I know it by yeeeeears, never happened to me to miss that (writting without looking at keyboard). Have to admit I was a little bit distracted but still you have to confirm it, I cannot have missed 2 times in a row, damn. Tried to change some letters and numbers since is a repeatable password, but still doesn't works for hours I'm trying and 1 each 15 min because keep getting banned message for trying lots of incorrect passwords. Need help
