[BUG] Fields of Grief Dialogue

At the end of the Field's of Grief quest that is in Tirisfal, you are to give a poison laced pumpkin to a dwarf.
When you do give it to the dwarf, he says in the actual chat some messages. I've noticed when other players turned it in and when I did so myself, that his messages were being sent twice.
I'm assuming those messages are meant to be sent only once.
