Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I am experiencing 6K+ latency. This is creating all kinds of havoc for me. This issue does not seem to be just myself either. I am in Aus. Have power cycled. Am getting perfect connection to host servers and all other places.

Also - The Manor, Ravenholdt - Rogue Quest is bugged.
The emblem does not register in the inventory when starting the quest. If it does register it immediately stops registering after the first .500 ms
