Raid Items Lost After Crash 21/05/2015
Posted: Fri May 22, 2015 12:59 pmI know this part of the forum is for account issues or whatever, but I have sent support tickets through the designated tool multiple times and received no reply.
My guild <Return> killed Ragnaros last night (21/05/15) at round 21:20 server time. After personally receiving Bloodfang Pants from this boss and hearthing back to Orgrimmar, the server crashes at about 21:30 server time on 21/05/15. After logging back in the server has rolled back about 10 minutes and I no longer have the loot. I check with guildmates who also won loot from that boss and they have lost it also.
I can put up with the odd rollback and disconnection seeing this is a privately run server but losing epic raid loot as a result of this is obviously not favourable.
Items Lost and respective winner/owner:
Dragonstalker's Legguards - Zugmadiek
Bloodfang Pants - Wessty
Malistar's Defender - Cptnmurica
All three of us have sent our respective report tickets and received no reply. With the new support ticket system, I am not even notified if my ticket has been sent and is being processed so I am left to post here as a last resort.
The proof I have recovered from a fellow guildmate shows the raid members. It displays me (Wessty), cptmurica and zugmadiek as part of the raid and of Ragnaros as dead. Also provided is the moment when zugmadiek was awarded the hunter leggings. My guildmaster 'starbright' has the whole kill recorded and it will be attached to this post when he uploads it later today.

I have read your terms and service and the evidence you ask of us when this event occurs and I hope this is enough to recover these items. As I said a video of the fight will be uploaded shortly.
I'm not sure if the forum administrators and GM's are completely different sets of people but please forward this to a GM so at least they are aware of it.
