Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi, i cannot get this quest, im a paladin lv 25 and the npc "Dutorian Rall" dont show me this quest, early in lv 17~ i get this quest with the trainer but i quit and now is not available

pls fix this, i want to revive people like everyone paladin in the game

I have same problem. I am level 24 paladin. Really need res skill. In game character name is Riido.
Actually all what we need is "Tome of Divinity" item to start this quest. Maybe gamemasters can provide this item to us and we can sort this out.

Any suggestions? Tried to quit all quests. Cleaned WDB - WDF folder. Visited all possible trainers and NPCs - nada. Cant get it and cant start it without "Tome of Divinity" item. I made in game ticked - GM said that they are not authorized to give any items to players
Usually i dont give a fruit about quests - but this is important part of paladin character skills - resurrection skill
