Account Banned?

I was grinding in Southshore by the Azurelode Mine to finish off my level and then I got disconnected, next thing I know when trying to login, my account "has been closed and is no longer available for use." I need to know if this is some kind of mistake or what occured here?
Please get back to me ASAP

Alright if they arent going to tell me whats going on, does anyone know if theres a particular GM i can personal message on here that would be able to assist further. Getting no where on here i guess.

The account Jkinger was banned for botting, the ban is permanent.
The account kpokyc1986 has never been banned, please read here.

Ok... except for I dont bot. So is there an appeal I can do now to get this resolved?
