Still image 2 to 3 sec... pls help

I have a little problem with Wow. I have an Acer Aspire V 17 Nitro laptop on which I play WoW. The game runs on high graphics completely without jerking without laggs but I have now and then a still image from 2 to 3 seconds. So I have a number of FPS 60. If that's still image enters my fps number then 11 ..
But do not know where it comes from and how can I fix this ... I hope one of you can help me to fix it.
