Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Ever since I installed, I've been getting 1-2 second lag spikes just about every time I do something. that includes fighting, walking, loading a zone, etc. Everything. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I read a couple of threads from a while ago where people described similar problems and it turned out to be server side. Is that the case?

I cannot keep playing like this. It's terrible. I've tried reinstalling twice, lowering all of my settings to bare minimum (and I have a decent CPU, it was running retail at max settings 6 months ago), and just being patient. It seems to get better the longer I play, but never goes away completely.

I've been having the same issue with my experience. I've tried uninstall/reinstalling several drivers, shutting down all forms of firewalls/antivirus, and still no luck. I've even attempted the "maximum smoothness" guide that someone was so kind to post here on the forums. I would love to see this issue get solved because the friends that I am playing with do not have this issue.
