Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi I was running back to my body and I put in a talent point. I then preceded to die again (while in spirit form running back) and I then was unable to rez when I hit release spirit. Now I am stuck and cannot do anything. I submitted a ticket but am not sure how long that will take.
