interface issues

Hello. I created an account about a week ago. As i played though the game i'm starting to notice some interface options missing, and interactions in game not working. Among these the biggest one is my chat functions missing. I do not have a general tab for the chat and cannot access any of the functions. Any character i create on this account has the same issue. I created a separate account to try and duplicate the problem and everything works fine there. Is there a way to fix this as i do not want to have to start another character over from scratch.

Try deleting your WTF and WDB folders. That should reset all game settings to default. If you used the installer and your game is under Program Files, make sure you delete those folders from under your C:\Users\UserName folder too.

Thank you for the reply. I Tried your suggestion. Still no luck. Only characters made on the first account has this problem. Dont know what else I can do.
