Unable to connect and notifications my account is closed.

First of all, I have tried all the fixes in the stickied thread, which didnt work.
"Unable to connect" is the error I get a lot, but sometimes "This world of warcraft account has been closed yadee yadee", now it could be that I'm banned, which I would like to know why, but I believe this is something that's not on my side.
Is there a fix?

Hi, I have the same problem, however I dont have a character. Havent been able to connect at all. Tried several things with cache folder, and other stuff. What to do?

Fixed it by unchecking the "remember account name" box, wat.

It could have been remembering a mistyped account name.

I've never logged in and it says "unable to connect". Now it says my account is closed. Account name is Hitpoint. Any solution for this? I tried unchecking the remember account name box.
