Hacked account: please help

my account was hacked and my characters were deleted. Can you please restore everything like it was before?

I hesitated for a while to write you this since I have no proof of getting hacked so I thought you guys couldn't help me. Can you assist me via Private messages?

The chances of restoring deleted characters is slim as the ToU outlines the player is solely responsible for the security of their account. However, you can try sending a private message to one of the administrators explaining your situation to see what they can assist with.

UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.

Yeah, that's part of the reason why I've been trying to just get over it and start from scratch... but I miss my character so much

I really hope they can do something. I guess you're right though. Let's see what they say.
