Posted: Tue May 26, 2015 3:36 pmAre you getting the message "Unable to connect" when trying to login? If so, that could indicate the wrong password being used. If you try to login unsuccessfully like ten times or more, the server will temporarily ban ("Close") the account for security reasons. Are you still getting the same error you were from Sunday?
UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.

Posted: Tue May 26, 2015 11:36 pmYes same error, it says account closed. Maybe my password was wrong? I did try and hammer it a few times thinking maybe the server was having issues.
