Trouble reconnecting to game after a Disconnect

Hey, went through the FAQs did not see this anywhere.

Whenever I get a disconnect, I close wow, I restart it (The problem persists even if I dont restart wow, but I restart wow because it sometimes freezes and bugs out completely) and then I connect into the game, but the progress bar fills up only 2-5% and stops moving when Im loading into the game. This problem persists even through Ending Task/ Processes through control panel. The only way to fix this is to restart my computer, and even then, sometimes I have to do it twice for the problem to disappear.

I have tried removing WTF/WDB folders, does not help.

Any help or tips is appreciated.

TLDR;after a disconnect when loading into the game after character list, loading bar doesn't progress, only restarts of PC help.

Sounds memory-related, like your CPU's reaching 100% and only a restart clears it. Do you disconnect frequently? I'd imagine this type of problem would persist every time you play.
