Hello, I've come across some trouble connecting which I've found difficult to resolve. Myself and my friend were unable to figure out what that matter was, so ill explain my situation to you.

I started playing in the middle of March, just after 4 weeks I quit the game due to the fact I was going traveling, I'm now back after sometime, and even though my computer remained untouched for all that period of time that I was away I don't understand what the problem is, my internet connection is fine I assure you, but everytime I try to log in it goes straight to "unable to connect" and gives me 2 options either "help" or "okay". Can someone give me a dig out here. Constructive comments only please.

It's telling me that my account has been closed, account name: jamesbyrne

Can someone reopen it please

If you're getting "Unable to connect" followed by "Account has been closed" after several unsuccessful login attempts, that is the server temporarily banning your account to prevent what it thinks are hackers trying to brute force their way into a stolen account. The ban releases after 30 minutes and you can try to login again.

UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.
